Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned!
Lost or Damaged Packages GUPHI is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to make it right.
